I just wanted to put together a very short and sweet video clip as introduction about who I am and what I do and how I go about that. So, who am I? So I'm Mikael from Fibre 4 Business, that's fibre number 4 business .co.za - that's my small little site. I'm a small business whereby I try and develop a personal relationship, personal trust relationship with you as my client with regards to all your fibre connectivity needs. I don't work on large volumes. I try to make sure that I can be the guy in the corner to back you and get everything done. Let it be from fibre deployment to installation and also just technical support.
So what do I do? I have a direct relationship with a company called Cybersmart. I find that they are the most professional based ISP that I've worked with.
And the nice thing about it is all the requirements that I have for you for your small business, large business, let it be fibre kind of uncontended deals that you need or small business fibre best effort needs or layer twos or whatever it may be, Cybersmart has always come to the party with the best solution and price.
So that's how I do things. I hope I can be of assistance to you guys. And the most important thing for me is that this is a personal approach. And I don't want you guys having headaches with regards to call centres and nobody who's dealing with your requirements one to one and getting things done for you. For me this is about developing a friendship and a relationship with you.
